WHO WE ARE

The group is run from inside the companies.

Five companies in essential services, freight, retail and real assets. Each keeps its name, its team and its own P&L; what they share is capital, systems and management that answers.

None of these figures is a projection. These are companies already trading, with returning customers and years of operation behind them.

TRACK RECORD

Thirteen years operating.
The group came later.

2013 JetExpress Freight Freight operations begin between the USA and the Caribbean. This is where the group starts.
2023 Fenikkusu General Services The general services company is incorporated in Hialeah.
2024 Muryo and Olympus Unattended retail and physical asset holding join the group.
2026 ARCA The five companies begin operating under a single structure.
HOW IT IS BUILT

A parent that operates.
Five companies that run their own business.

ARCA holds an operating majority in each company and provides capital, administration and systems. Day-to-day management stays where it was.

WHO DECIDES

People who have run businesses.
Not an investment committee.

The group is run by a small team. Acquisition decisions are made here, with no bank in between; business decisions stay in each company.

FOUR FUNCTIONS · ONE TABLE
MANAGING PARTNER Collin M. Corbie

He runs the group and leads every acquisition. The first call with a founder is with him, and so is the last one.

SIGNS · CAPITAL · SYSTEMS · NEW COMPANIES
OPERATIONS Shared administration, purchasing and systems for the five companies. One back office, five businesses — and none of them loses its own way of working.
FINANCE Monthly consolidated close, banking relationships and every figure we publish. Nothing goes out without a period and a source behind it.
ACQUISITIONS Diligence and the first year inside the company. Looks at the operation, not only at the accounts.
Three of the four functions are held by the partner and the directors of the companies until the group’s size requires a dedicated hire. We would rather say that than publish an org chart that isn’t true.
BOARDMeets quarterly with the directors of the five companies.
REPORTINGMonthly consolidated close; figures with period and source.
DECISIONSCapital, systems and new acquisitions. Nothing else.
WORK WITH US

Hired by the company.
Backed by the group.

Each company recruits for itself, on its own site and with its own managers. The job, the team and the person you report to belong to the company; the group adds shared payroll, training and the stability of a structure that doesn’t sell.

ARCA doesn’t post openings of its own. If you aren’t sure which company fits, write to arca@arca.industries.

TWO NAMES

ARX signs.
ARCA speaks.

From the Latin arca, the strongbox where a household kept its wealth; and from arx, the citadel that protects what it holds. Same root, same job.

ARX Operating Group LLC is the legal entity: contracts, banking and document footers. ARCA is the market brand and the only one that appears in public. A fictitious name filing links them: the entity does business as ARCA.
